Now that I've got a lot of free time on my hands, I thought I'd try my hand at cooking again. I'm proud to say that the Spanish Tortilla I tried cooking turned out pretty good. It needed a bit more seasoning, and the potatoes were a bit under cooked. But overall a better performance from me than my previous attempts to cook Spanish Tortilla. Out.
